I have been to Tadoba from 11th May to 15th May and the experience was not good. Too many forest activities are all over the place. At ramdegi buffer just next to the kill they started bore well work and 6 tractors were ferrying the route till 6.45pm. JCB were working full day and all animals were disturbed. Though sighting is taking place the experience is not a pleasant one. Mayuri charged at one of the gypsies as she was disturbed. Though some may enjoy and describe the incidence with great thrill,it is not a desirable one. As responsible safarist each one needs to set a boundary regarding how close one wants to be to the wild? Is our passion disturbing the balance? Because we are demanding more accessibility and development is happening. Is it what we want? A race in photographing the tigers and I get the best shot policy needs to be reconsidered.
