We are two friends who are planning to visit Kenya in the month of September 2016 for the reverse migration. Plan to cover Masai Mara & Samburu National Park. We are looking for 4 wildlife enthusiasts to join us to share the trip costs. Following is the itinerary. This is not only a photography safari but also to study interaction between various wildlife and birds. Accommodation will be in permanent tented safari camp outside Masai Mara National Park having ablution inside the tent.
Fri 16th September - Depart by Kenyan airways at 06.35 hrs and arrive Jomo Kenyatta International airport Nairobi at 10.10 am. We will be picked on arrival and will be driven directly to Masai Mara. Lunch will be provided midway. You may do shopping for essentials for next few days at Masai Mara. Evening check into safari camp and get oriented with surrounding. Dinner will be served at 7.30Pm.
17, 18 and 19 - Safari twice or entire day with packed lunch box.
20th September – Depart for Samburu National Park (5 hrs) after breakfast. Check in hotel. Evening is free.

21st and 22nd September – Samburu National Park either twice a day or for full day with packed lunch.

23rd September – We will depart in the morning after breakfast for Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to board flight at 20.55. Lunch will be served enroute.


Flight Cost per Person: Rs 33000
Visa Fee: $50 (online or on arrival)
Full board stay including park entry fee: $1450 (Toyota Safari Van) per person for 6 Pax

Cost per person would be less if we are 8 pax.

There will be full day or twice a day safaris to Masai Mara during above period depending on the each prevailing day. You are to arrive Nairobi on 7th August 2016 not later than 12Pm. You either will be picked from your hotel in Nairobi or from Jomo Kenyata airport - Nairobi on arrival (7th August 2016) and will be driven to Masai Mara National Park.
We will be doing 5 safaris and it will begin from morning of 7th August until noon of 11th August, 2016. We will return to Jomo Kenyatta airport - Nairobi around 18 hrs on 11th August. You are to book your return flight flight not earlier than 20 Hrs. due to congestion of traffic in Nairobi town till the airport.
The accommodation and safaris has already been booked. The cost is US$1000/ - per person inclusive of cost of every cost of 5 park safaris, accommodation on either twin or double sharing basis, breakfast, lunch and dinner and park entry fee, except personal expenses, flight fare, visa fee (US$51 per person) and insurance if need be. The accommodation is arranged in a permanent safari camp at Masai Mara having twin/double bed. 5 safaris and it will begin from morning of 7th August until noon of 11th August, 2016. We will return to Jomo Kenyatta airport - Nairobi around 18 hrs on 11th August. You are to book your return flight flight not earlier than 20 Hrs. due to congestion of traffic in Nairobi town till the airport.
