A famous snake from Amboli - Malabar Pit Viper (Trimeresurus malabricus). While the green morph of the snake is quite common, other morphs, such as this pale brown one, are less frequently seen.

Rachit Mehta Superb. Where did you stay in Amboli?

A Northern Lapwing (Vanellus vanellus) wading through the freshwater marsh at the Titchwell Marsh in Norfolk, England.
We get this beautiful lapwing in northern India as well, and although I had seen it in Corbett once, never got a chance to photograph it.

Nameri Eco Camp is the most famous place to stay at Nameri and the forest department office is right next door. But there are a few other options to stay as well. The Jia Bhorelli Wild Resort is the quite highly rated on TripAdvisor, and I have personally stayed there and would definitely recommend it.

Vineet Kurien Great info. Thanks

A flock of Greylag Geese (Anser anser) clicked while on a boat ride down the Jia Bhoreli river.

Rajan R D Nice click..can you please elaborate on safari system for Nameri? How did you do the trip?

Pranad Patil @Rajan, in Nameri, you do not have vehicle safaris. You can do walking trails in the national park (options of full day or half day) or a boat ride down the river. For both, booking is done at the forest department office, which is next to Nameri Eco Camp (which is quite famous).
