Adult males have a bluish grey coat whereas females and juveniles are orange-brown.

Lesser whistling duck (Dendrocygna javanica)
While flying, these ducks tuck their heads below their bodies and produce very prominent whistling sounds which gives them their name. They perch on trees quite often and at times even build their nests in the hollow of trees.
